Looking for a fun laidback place to enjoy locally produced beer! Head over to Perennial in South City. They've been doing beer and laidback fun for many years!

Attended a Galentine's book fair event sponsored by The Novel Neighbor. Lots of books and cool gifts available for purchase. The Perennial Ale had a short, but unique menu of sandwiches and salads. My one complaint is that it was as cold inside as it was outside on this frigid evening.

Stopped in with my wife and daughter to have a beer and ended up staying for 3 hours and playing trivia. We ordered our beers and cider and realized that trivia was going on. We listed to a round and then some friendly patrons at the bar informed us that we could join in as each round has winners and you don't have to play the entire game. So, we started playing, not well but we had fun. All the beers were tasty as usual and the atmosphere and Peggy the bartender were fantastic! Highly recommend the monthly trivia with Sean/Shawn.

Absolutely love the ambience and the vibe of this place! They have tons of seating inside and outside. I got the poolside breeze to drink which was a sour beer and it was so good! If you have a dog, you can bring them and sit outside on the turf. I would 100% come back here again.

Delicious, unique brews! While perusing the shelves at a bottle shop in NC the Black Walnut Dunkel caught my eye. I'm glad I decided to give it a try since it had an excellent distinctive flavor. Too bad the brewery is in St. Louis, MO, otherwise I would be interested in visiting. I recommend trying the Black Walnut Dunkel if you are nearby the brewery or find it at a local bottle shop. Per their website, it looks like the brewery offers draft brews, cans, bottles, snacks, and games. It even has alcoholic drinks like dreamsicle slushie and vodka milkshakes. They also hosts events and have a dog-friendly patio!

We had a blast coming here a few years ago! We stopped in after traveling up from Nashville and we tried a large flight, which was delicious. They have varied styles and they make fantastic beer all around. We also loved "going to camp" and getting to have some free beer! We'll definitely come back on our next trip to St. Louis!

Great selection of beer--and they have 5 oz pours as well as 14 oz pours. I had the Grace (a Mexican lager) and my husband had the Suburban.

Best logo in the game (Gingkos are the coolest trees, the last of their ancient genus). The building is amazing just in like an industrial park so the GPS is taking you to the right place They had a Peruvian pop up with a crab burger that SLAPPED. The chips were also delish.

Orders: Spaghetti Squash, Sage, Pear & Blue Cheese Handpie | Soft Pretzel & Grain Mustard | THE BROWN BEAR English Brown Ale | SHAKE THE FROST Session Coffee Stout w/ SUMP Coffee (omgggggg) I've wanted to check this place out forever because I loved the botanical name & every beer of theirs I've run into - it was so great!! The staff was awesome & everyone was glowing with happy Sunday vibes inside, especially all the cute kiddos running around. They've got great swag (see koozie photos, but not pictured are some awesome mustard sweatshirts that would pair well with a Soft Pretzel + Grain Mustard). Highly recommend adventuring out to this big, beautiful brewery boasting really beautiful beer! & grub! & wine, if that's what you're into ;) Thanks, Perennial!! St. Louis is lucky to have you!
